Detailed Itineraries
Day 1
Pick up clients from Lilongwe airport and transfer to
Mangochi [southern Lakeshore resort] – 4 hours drive.
Overnight Club Makokola, a premier lakeshore resort situated
on the palm fringed Southern Lakeshore north of Mangochi,
Club Makokola has contained rooms facing the lake on 600
metre natural wide sandy beach. Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
basis.
Day 2 to Day 3
Club Makokola Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis. The following
are the free non-motorised watersports activities available
for clients during their stay Hobie Cats, Floodlit tennis
courts, squash court, floodlit beach volleyball, floodlit
5-a-side mini soccer pitch are at your disposal. Two
swimming pools are available, one of Olympic size, salt
treated and located at the beach. The Mlambe Golf Course
offers state of the art 9-hole par-3 golfing, among the
baobab trees.
Other activities offered on
clients’ account:-
Scuba diving, parasailing, Catamarans, Water Skiing, Island
Cruises on the M.V. Sunbird including overnight cruises.
Excursions by boat or road to Liwonde National Park, Cape
Maclear, Zomba plateau, Mua Mission and other places of
interest, offering a true taste of Africa. Dinner, Bed &
Breakfast basis
Day 4
Depart Club Makokola after lunch to Lilongwe. Overnight
Sunbird Lilongwe Hotel on Dinner, bed & breakfast.
Day 5
Early morning transfer to Lilongwe airport for private
direct charter flight to Livingstone / Victoria falls via
Lusaka for refueling. Proceed to Livingstone and fly over
the falls for the clients to enjoy the bird’s eye view of
the one of the seven wonders of the world.
Arrive at Livingstone airport by midday and transfer to The
Zambezi Waterfront Lodge. Overnight on Bed & Breakfast
basis. Afternoon guided tour of the falls.
Day 6
Full day at leisure. Clients are left to explore the
Victoria Falls area. There is an activties desk where they
can arrange different tours at extra cost - White water
rafting, horse riding, micro lighting, helicopter ride,
bungi jump, days trips to Mosi ‘O’ Tonya national park to
see white Rhino plus many more.
Day 7
Transfer to Livingstone airport [mid morning ] for the
flight back to Lilongwe. ETA late afternoon. Recommend
clients spend a night in Lilongwe [Sunbird Lilongwe Hotel]
on Bed & Breakfast and fly back home next day.
Day 8.
Transfer to Lilongwe airport for flight back home.

Notes:-
We have worked on a minimum 4 pax for this tour especially
on the Victoria falls section to keep the flight costs
lower. If there are less persons travelling the cost will be
higher

Lilongwe [ 5 seater light aircraft]
Accommodation & meals as indicated above, use of non-motorised
water sports facilities at Club Makokola
Excluded in cost:-International flights, visas, bar,
meals & other activities not mentioned in itinerary, tips,
travel / medical insurance and any other items not mentioned
above.
